To process your scholarship, we just need 2 items:

Eligibility:

  • Recent photo of yourself
  • Your school’s financial aid office information. Please make sure to provide accurate and updated information, as this will help us get the proper instructions to pay the funds to your school.

We can’t wait to send the scholarship to your school for you to use, but if we don’t receive a response in 10 days, you may forfeit the scholarship.
